View DetailsKnowles complimentary breakfast briefing:
The key to the successful Time Management of an NEC 3 contract is a compliant Accepted Programme. This programme must be able to reflect the impact of progress and compensation events to establish if the date for planned Completion is likely to change.
As experienced practitioners of NEC 3, we are often presented with problems that originate from a poorly drafted Accepted Programme or a party's misunderstanding of the need to promptly and regularly update this programme.
This presentation provides a practical overview of the content and structure of the Accepted Programme, and a practical insight into the required assessment of compensation events and the dangers of leaving this assessment until the conclusion of the works.
The topics to be covered include:
. Development of the Accepted Programme
. Common programming errors
. Assessing delays: the dangers of leaving it until the end
. Assessing disruption
The briefing will be presented by David Gainsbury and Claire Wilkinson of Knowles.
Open Forum
At the end of the seminar there will be an open forum for questions on any topic.
Complimentary Appointments
A number of experienced consultants will be available to answer any questions on a one to one basis prior to or following the seminar (7.30am - 8.00am and 10.00am - 11.00am)
