A BECBC member e-Event.
Thanks to DMA Safety Management for offering this workshop to BECBC members.
The reality of working from home has now been with us for a month. We are probably coming to terms with IT and new ways of communicating. But is this enough?
We need to look at health and wellbeing issues too, how are people coping and what is out there to help us balance running a business and keeping our people well and safe.
This workshop will explore some of the things that are currently being done to help remote working and also look at how businesses might operate and support staff in the longer term if remote working continues, as well as looking at how you manage the challenges of getting people back into the workplace. This session will be useful to anyone managing these types of situation or supporting team members through this time.
You MUST register for this event BEFORE 12.00 noon on Fri 1 May 2020.
