What challenges are you facing? Explore the problem to get the best possible solution

As we come out of Lockdown, many new business challenges are arising. Ones with no easy solution and ones we are being pressed to solve quickly.

Our haste to solve a problem can sometimes give us a less than perfect solution. True adaptability and flexibility in times of change sometimes requires us to stay with a problem for longer, to more fully understand it.

This workshop is therefore a chance to explore the challenges you face in a structured way. We will stick with it and explore all the different angles of the issue, to help clear your thinking. You will get:

  • A structured method of thinking through problems to take away and use in the future
  • A chance to explore your current challenge in a focused environment
  • The support and brainpower of others

We ask you therefore to bring your current business challenge to this workshop. Let’s work through them together and help one another towards solutions. Come with your problem, go with clarity over your future options.

This workshop is brought to you by Lucy from the Harrison Network, who helps organisations adapt and thrive through change.

The workshop will be a safe place to share personal experiences –  no confidential info will be shared outside the discussion.
