An interactive workshop with practical tips for disciplinary and capability investigations, grievances and complaints of harassment and bullying. 

By the end of the workshop delegates will be able to:

  • Demonstrate understanding of the purpose, required structure and content of investigation reports and other associated documentation
  • Describe the role of investigating officer and understand the possible outcomes of the investigation by working through case studies
  • Demonstrate interviewing skills and techniques
  • Recognise the importance of the role of the investigating officer in helping to minimise the impact of investigations for all parties
