With thanks to Dave Mason of DMA Safety Management for providing this BECBC Workshop.
Happy with the safety performance of your business and want to know how to take it the next level or having problems with your culture and need help improving engagement and performance? Then this session could be for you...
Building on examples and experience gained working with national and international businesses from outside and within the nuclear industry, we will use real case studies of how leadership behaviours can make a difference and how small changes can make a big difference.
The workshop will be exploring techniques and approaches that have proven successful and alsolooking at what can go wrong or where certain approaches haven’t worked.
These will include:
What this session will not focus on is hazard spotting, risk assessment or how to carry out an inspection. If you really want to explore change and have wondered how or where to start, then come along and see what you can learn and look to implement within your own organisations.
This workshop is aimed at anyone who is in a position of influence and has an interest in improving health and safety, all welcome.
If you would like to book a place (first come first served), please contact Hazel Duhy, BECBC Admin Manager as soon as possible.
