This workshop supports the wellbeing of busy people at risk of being overwhelmed. Being busy and being productive are different things. Constant busy-ness over the long term can cause burnout and could make decision-making worse, not better. Are you at risk of burnout? This day could change your future.

This practical and experiential day will allow people to explore their roles both in and out of work and where their personal pressure points are. If you are feeling overwhelmed with busy-ness, this course will create the time and space for you to explore your competing priorities. Let's look at what's coming at you, generate simple & practical strategies, and help create a new future for you.
It will be underpinned by a simple coaching approach to allow for the development of self-awareness, reflection and empowerment. There will be tools and exercises to learn, test practically and take away.
