This is a full day workshop incorporating exercises which are essential to demonstrating some of the main issues associated with the NEC 3 form of contract. One of the exercises will be the administration of a compensation event from early warning through to it becoming an implemented compensation event. This course is suitable for anyone involved in the administration of an NEC 3 contract.
