NNL will be hosting an online seminar to share and discuss the findings of the recent Government-sponsored report into opportunities for the UK supply chain from a programme of Advanced Modular Reactors (AMRs).
At the seminar, which is open to all UK supply chain organisations and free to attend, delegates will hear from one of the report’s lead authors, and there will be a chance to discuss where the UK has gaps in its capability – and how these can be filled.
A representative from NIRO – the Nuclear Innovation and Research Office - will also describe the work of NIRAB (the Nuclear Innovation and Research Advisory Board) in this area and the recommendations they made on this topic.
By attending, delegates will gain a greater understanding of the future industrial opportunity that AMR technology can bring to the UK.
Registration information, and a link to the Teams call, will be sent out to all those who have registered a week before the event.
The AMR supply chain report can be found here.
