The world of work is in a constant state of flux and change and more than ever we need to consider our resilience which enables us to cope with challenges and the potential work and life overload. Resilience involves a range of behaviours, thoughts and actions, all of which can be learned and developed. Raising resilience contributes to improved self-esteem, sense of control over life events, sense of purpose in life and improved employee interpersonal relationships. This two-part online course will empower learners to clarify what matters to them and identify and focus on goals whilst overcoming barriers to develop personal growth and increase performance.
