We are looking for a Facilities Manager to operate across our commercial property portfolio in West Cumbria.

We are looking for a self-starting facilities manager to ensure a first rate efficient and effective service is offered to tenants across our diverse portfolio.
Our ideal candidate is someone confident, with 3+ years’ facilities management (FM) experience and who can calmly deal with all the unexpected incidents that crop up in the day-to-day running of the facilities provision. The right candidate will be British Institute of Facilities Management (BIFM)/IOSH qualified, have experience of managing cyclical maintenance programmes and also demonstrate an excellent understanding of H&S legislation & statutory compliance.
Successful candidates can expect a salary of £40-45k dependent on experience, together with a competitive benefits packages – including healthcare, generous pension contributions, lots of holidays and your birthday off.
