Britain’s Energy Coast (BEC) is hiring talented project managers / development managers for its Project and Development team. The successful candidates will be working on exciting and significant commercial, residential and mixed-use schemes, getting the chance to be involved with project management from inception to hand over.

Having represented a consultancy, corporate, property company or developer, you will be highly regarded for your ability to financially analyse developments, project manage, engage with wider teams, empathise with clients and help drive projects forward.

The role needs someone who enjoys the challenges of small scale to £multi-million projects. You will embrace the opportunity to work for one of Cumbria’s most ambitious firms with a significant pipeline of projects across the county.

You are likely to be a QS/BS, engineer or commercially aware project manager. RICS, RTPI, Eng, APM qualifications would be welcome but not essential.

Successful candidates can expect a salary of £40-45k dependent on experience, together with a competitive benefits packages – including healthcare, generous pension contributions, lots of holidays and your birthday off.
