I partner closely with senior leaders to design and deliver bespoke executive leadership coaching that supports strategic change and sustained performance. My work supports leaders to move from knowing what needs to change to embodying it in how they think and lead day to day. Over the last decade, I’ve held leadership roles within high growth technology environments across the UK and Middle East. This has shaped a deep understanding of leading in complex, fast moving systems where expectations are high and decisions matter. I’ve partnered with global organisations including: - Accenture - PwC - Kraft Heinz - FieldEnergy - Korn Ferry Designing leadership development that strengthens decision making and leadership influence at scale. Much of my recent work has focused on supporting leaders to move beyond tactical delivery into more strategic, client centred leadership. This shift raises the quality of thinking, sharpens alignment and strengthens performance over time. My approach is grounded and commercially astute. It draws on leadership psychology and presence-based work, informed by a background in advanced coaching and somatic practice. What matters most is impact; leadership that operates with clarity and connection, and consistently translates vision into results. I don’t offer standard programmes. I work in close partnership with organisations to create leadership capability that fits their people and where they are heading.
