Our event management includes full-service marketing of your event, be it a press conference, dinner party, a corporate conference or a product launch. EXHIBITIONS & TRADE SHOWS

We take care of all logistical planning, tech requirements, site planning and recruitment of volunteers for an outstanding exhibition experience, including DBS checks.

“We provide Construction Design Management (CDM) and health and safety event services for this. Overseeing 15 contractors and over 250 people during a 4 day build and one day take down. Contractors range from technical production and electricians to carpenters building wall structures and shop dressers. We provide the pre-event services working with Next and their internal Health and Safety team to pull together the construction phase plan and all relevant CDM documentation. We also provide an online portal through our delegate management software to provide online briefings to contractors and also allows contractors to submit relevant insurances and risk assessments and being able to validate any relevant tickets that may be required to operate plant machinery.
