BECBC Social Value Group - seeking new Chair

The BECBC Social Value Group are looking for a new chairperson to take the group forward.

The group meets monthly (usually on the second Tuesday) at Westlakes and is a vibrant, enthusiastic and passionate group who have already delivered the award-winning BECBC Business and Schools Collaboration Project (BSCP) to increase employer engagement in West Cumbrian Schools. They are now looking for their next challenge.

The successful candidate will:

  •  Be passionate about social value.
  •  Have experience in motivating groups to deliver
  •  Have an understanding of the area of West Cumbria
  •  Be employed by a BECBC member organisation.

This a voluntary role.
They will report to the Member Engagement Board Member (currently Dianne Richardson) who will provide support as part of the handover of the position.
