HKA announces further expansion

BECBC member HKA, one of the world’s leading providers of advisory, consulting and expert services for the construction, engineering, manufacturing, process and technology industries, is very pleased to announce a significant expansion in engineering expertise with the appointment of two Executive Directors, Bob Loudon and Ian Hargraves who join the Energy & Power team.

Bob and Ian bring engineering, project and construction management skills that further strengthen and expand the services offered by HKA technical Experts.

Prior to joining HKA, Bob worked for ten years with Doosan Babcock as Project Engineering Manager. He was responsible for engineering design on major EPC projects at thermal power stations. In the past three years his main role was to develop nuclear new build projects working primarily with HGNE on the Wylfa project.

Ian was previously Technical Director – Waste to Energy at Grontmij where he was responsible for building a new UK business sector. Prior to that Ian was Senior Waste Consultant at Morgan Sindall where he was responsible for technical and financial due diligence of projects ranging from biomass combustion to composting and thermal conversion systems.
