Britain’s Energy Coast Business Cluster meetings are held every month and are a great opportunity to meet other members. Other BECBC events include monthly training workshops, the BECBC Business Awards and other networking events, as well as specialist Sector Group meetings.
Business School Engagement Events enable students to gain a better understanding of the world of work as well as meet local employers who are members of the cluster. The Charity Page signposts you to some local organisations.
Zeitgeist 4 YP offers 10 hours of FREE mentoring and coaching. It is a Cumbria-wide programme and is open to students in their last year of studies of Public Relations, Marketing or Communication and those who are in their first two years of a related professional career. It is designed to help young professionals think more strategically about marketing communication and their own careers. Participants will be required to develop a communications strategy for a topic of their choice as part of the programme. Two mentorships are offered each year.
