LLWR Supply Chain Communication re COVID19 (27 March 2020)

I hope that you and your staff are safe and well. As you will have seen, the government response to the spread of COVID-19 continues to gather pace. You may have already been contacted by a member of the LLWR team, and we would like to thank you for your support so far in ensuring that LLWR continues to function despite the disruption. We appreciate the team effort between LLWR and our supply chain.
We have been in close dialogue all week with the NDA over supply chain impacts resulting from the COVID-19 emergency. We expect formal guidance to be issued very soon and will communicate at the earliest opportunity next week the actions we are taking in response.
Some suppliers have raised immediate concerns over work done in the last few weeks. Please be assured that all invoices for work done in March will be paid. LLWR are also initiating payment runs at least every week (or more frequently if possible) for all approved invoices.
Due to the speed in which this situation is evolving, please keep an open dialogue with LLWR via your usual contract interface. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
