MAKE A WILL AND SUPPORT HOSPICE AT HOME WEST CUMBRIA

Throughout October Cartmell Shepherd Solicitors will generously waive the usual legal fees associated with making a simple will, in return for a donation to support Hospice at Home West Cumbria (a BECBC member).

Appointments can be made at firms Dovenby office to make a new will, or amend an existing. The suggested minimum donation is £150 for a simple single will and £200 for a simple couples mirror will. Cartmell Shepherd’s expert will writing team will take the donation on your behalf during your appointment. If your will arrangements are more complex, the legal advisor will provide a cost estimate for the fees over the donation.

Claire Wilson, Associate Solicitor for Cartmell Shepherd said; “We are thrilled to be supporting Hospice at Home West Cumbria this October through the wills month scheme. As a firm we have supported the charity in many ways over the past few years and it is a pleasure to continue this, especially following the difficult times faced by charities over the past months”.

Julie Monk, CEO for Hospice at Home West Cumbria said; “Many of us put off making a will, but we want to encourage people to make October the month that they get their affairs in order. By making a will during Hospice at Home West Cumbria’s Wills Month not only are you ensuring your wishes are adhered to, but you are also supporting the future of hospice care across West Cumbria. We are extremely grateful to Cartmell Shepherd for supporting us in raising awareness about the importance of having a will in place.”
