University of Cumbria seeks Senior Project Officer (Eco-I NW)
University of Cumbria are seeking an experienced project manager with a proven track record in project management to lead their element of the exciting multi-partner European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) funded Eco-I North West project which has evolved in-part from their successful Eco-Innovation Cumbria project completing this year.
Eco-I North West is a £14m business R&D programme to be delivered by a consortium of universities, led by Lancaster University, following 8 years of award winning and successful collaborative R&D activities. The project seeks to support low carbon business innovations across the region through a variety of short and long term interventions, such as student/graduate placements and Masters/PhD research projects. The aim is to support businesses to transition to a low carbon economy. Eco-I NW is not led by specific technologies, but instead is driven by business needs and helps to facilitate a collaborative approach to problem solving. Each partner institution offers a different set of expertise, equipment and resource which we are opening up to businesses.
