Winners revealed for £400m modular homes framework

Six specialists have won places on the £400m Procure Plus Framework to manufacture high-quality modular homes for local authorities and housing associations.

The winning firms are Impact Modular, Jan Snel UK Ltd, M-AR Offsite, Melius Homes, OSCO Homes and Totally Modular Ltd.
