BECBC Awards Update and a chance to advertise in the programme

Over the next few weeks our judges are busy visiting the shortlisted organisations to make a final decision on the winners. Each team of judges involves a sponsor judge and a member judge with knowledge or experience that is relevant to the award category. The judges delve into the submission and we're grateful for the time they take to make sure our judging process is robust and meaningful. Watch out on LinkedIn to follow the visits.

The Awards Dinner programme will be given to 278 guests on the evening of the dinner-if you'd like them to see your organisation in there we have a limited number of advert spaces available. With prices kept low to ensure all our members can take the chance to promote themselves 1/4 page adverts are only £125, 1/2 page adverts £250 and full page adverts £500 (plus VAT)

The future of the Net Zero Group hangs in the balance

In last week's newsletter we asked for volunteers to help us take a step back and make some decisions about the Net Zero group following the departure of the chair, Charlotte Penn. We only had one response. As a membership organisation we only want to deliver things that are of value to members, this lack of response indicates the Net Zero Group may not be what you're looking for as members. On that basis unless we hear from more members by the end of this week the Net Zero Group won't continue.
