Cavendish Nuclear invite supply chain organisations to join us for a session on 'Bridging the Gap'
What is this workshop about?
This workshop is designed to help sustainability and procurement teams work together to embed sustainability risks, opportunities and ambitions for your organisation into the supply chain via the procurement function.
What are the aims of this workshop?
This workshop will help to bridge the gap between the two teams of Sustainability and Procurement, to ensure the supply chain is engaged in a systematic manner and as early as possible.
By attending this workshop, participants will:
Appreciate the role that sustainability and procurement teams play in delivering sustainable solutions (who does what)
Understand when (at what stage) and how sustainability and procurement teams need to liaise with each other
Take away touch-points at each stage of the journey to action and implement
Be equipped with the tools (through the interactive exercises) to engage with sustainability and procurement teams
Supportive pre-workshop resources
Have viewed the Embedding Sustainable Procurement E-Learning module OR a recording of a Sustainable Procurement webinar OR attended a 3-hour Sustainable Procurement workshop (basics will not be covered in the session).
