Cavendish Nuclear, in conjunction with Supply Chain Sustainability School, are holding a training workshop on Improving Sustainability using the Behavioural Change Wheel.
This highly interactive workshop enables participants to thoroughly explore how behavioural science insights can be harnessed to tackle behaviour-based sustainability problems. After covering behavioural science theory, participants are taken through the TESTS methodology which allows them to devise solutions to their organisations’ real-world behavioural challenges. Here the Behaviour Change Wheel is used as a tool to generate ideas for effective interventions.
