UKAEA will host its first annual SME Showcase on 30 September 2025 at Culham Campus.
The event is part of our SME Action Plan, which aims to strengthen collaboration and support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) working in the fusion industry and related sectors.
We have listened to your feedback and interest in a dedicated SME event – and we are proud to be bringing this vision to life!

You must register by completing the registration form. We encourage you to be logged into Indico (the web-based event management system hosting this site) to register.
To register, select the ‘Book a ticket’ tab in the menu on the left-hand side of the page.
Whether you are an SME looking to showcase your expertise, a large organisation keen to connect with innovative suppliers, or simply curious about developments in the fusion supply chain – this is your opportunity to engage directly with the people and ideas shaping the future of fusion.
A maximum of two tickets per organisation will be permitted.
By booking a ticket, you are registering your interest in attending the event. The Commercial team will review all registrations in line with the criteria outlined above, and you will receive an email shortly confirming whether or not your place has been secured.
This is a free event for delegates. However, each registration incurs a cost for UKAEA.
Due to limited capacity, we kindly ask that you only register if you are confident you can attend. This helps us manage resources responsibly and ensure that spaces are used effectively.
No-shows will be noted and may affect your ability to participate in future Suppliers' events.
This event will take place in person only.
- Supplier ticket. Supplier tickets are for organisations (large, SMEs, private or public) that would like to attend the event as delegates. You can book a ticket until 19 September. Please note tickets are limited due to venue capacity. If your ticket is confirmed, you must read the Site Emergency slides before arriving on site.
- UKAEA ticket. UKAEA tickets are for UKAEA staff only. You can book a ticket if you are attending as a delegate. Tickets are available until 19 September.
- SME exhibition booths ticket. There are 10 exhibition booths available, and these are reserved for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) only. Priority will be given to SMEs that have supported our SME Action Plan, and to ensure a broad and balanced representation of capabilities on the day. Booking a ticket means you are registering your interest in hosting an exhibition booth. The team will review all submissions against these criteria. NOTE: in line with the UK Government sanctions, UKAEA is not conducting any procurement, commercial, business development or supply chain activity with any Belarus or Russian entity. Therefore, Russian and Belarusian entities' registrations will not proceed.
