We're delighted to offer one apprentice, graduate or middle manager the opportunity to attend our phenomenal 5-Day residential talent development programme in Eskdale, Lake District, commencing 12 October 2026, at no cost.
Worth over £1,000, this immersive development experience helps participants build confidence, enhance leadership capability, increase self-awareness and strengthen professional effectiveness through a unique outdoor learning environment.
Who can be nominated?
✅ Apprentices
✅ Graduates
✅ Middle Managers
How to enter
Nominations must be submitted by a line manager, or another manager authorised to approve attendance on the programme.
As part of the nomination, managers will be asked to explain why their nominee would benefit from the programme and how they will apply their learning back in the workplace.
How the winner will be selected:
All eligible nominations received by the closing date will be reviewed by a judging panel. The complimentary place will be awarded to the nominee whose submission best demonstrates the potential impact of the development opportunity on their personal and professional growth.
The successful nominee must be available to attend the programme commencing 12 October 2026.
