Personal Safety, Security and Situational Awareness training from women of all abilities and ages, including those with disabilities and in a wheel chair. The training consists of awareness, avoidance, de-escalation and how to get away should the worst happen. Suitable for the corporate environment as well as for groups and individuals, the training can be adapted to cover lone working, travel and leaving home for the first time for younger women.
