Bergerode Consulting becomes Defence Cyber Certification body
Bergerode Consulting is pleased to announce that it is one of the five pilot certification bodies for the new Defence Cyber Certification (DCC) scheme. The DCC scheme, developed by the UK Ministry of Defence and IASME, is a new and comprehensive cyber security certification framework aimed at the UK defence supply chain.
To be invited by IASME to become one of the first five DCC certification bodies is a very surprising, but a very welcome development for Kevin Crichton, our CEO, but also for Bergerode Consulting, given that IASME had over 900 individual assessors and over 275 certification bodies to choose from.
This choice reflects upon the skills, training, and development put into Bergerode Consulting since its founding, but also the efforts made to not only meet the challenges of the pandemic, but to actively overcome them and prosper as a result. Bergerode Consulting consistently focuses upon delivering quality of service to its customers in the UK, Europe, and North America across its portfolio of services of not only Cyber Essentials, but also ISO 27001, ISO 22301, CAA ASSURE, Maritime and IoT cyber assurance, risk management and information assurance.
We look forward to working with IASME and the UK Ministry of Defence in delivering this exciting new standard with clients (existing and new) in the UK and beyond.
