Delkia Expands Operations with New Offices at Dovenby Hall
Following continued growth, Delkia has expanded further and will be moving into Sutton House at the Dovenby Hall Estate in Cockermouth. This milestone comes shortly after the official opening of our dedicated 16,000 sq. ft engineering production centre and 2,000 sq. ft office space in Haydock in November.
Sutton House comprises 5,960 sq. ft (554 sq. m) and will provide the company with offices, a sales suite, training rooms, meeting rooms and collaboration space. The site also offers on-site parking and 24-hour security.
Malcolm Wilson OBE, Managing Director of M-Sport Limited and owner of the Dovenby Hall Estate, handed over the keys to Stephen Neale, MD Delkia Nuclear, and Amy Bryant, Delkia CFO. This marks Delkia securing the lease for Sutton House.
“I’m delighted to welcome Delkia to the Dovenby Hall Estate and look forward to seeing the business go from strength to strength,” said Malcolm Wilson.
Stephen Neale, MD for Delkia Nuclear, said:
“Delkia is proud to announce the opening of its new office in Cumbria, marking an exciting milestone in the company’s continued growth across the UK. The new location strengthens Delkia’s commitment to supporting the region’s engineering industry, especially in the nuclear and defence sectors, while bringing highly skilled jobs and innovation opportunities to the local community. This expansion enhances Delkia’s ability to collaborate closely with key partners in the area and deliver cutting-edge digital, systems, and engineering solutions that drive safety, efficiency, and technological excellence.”
Amy Bryant, Delkia’s CFO, added:
“These new facilities ensure we can offer our employees excellent amenities and provide training and meeting space that everyone in the company will benefit from.”
Delkia, which specialises in safety-related and mission-critical systems, has grown steadily since starting operations in 2013. Moving to a larger production facility and new offices has been essential to keep pace with its growing order book and accommodate complex, large-scale production.
