Employer views sought on retrofit skills needs

EMPLOYER views on retrofit skills needs in Cumbria are being sought by education and training providers.

Cumbria's four technical colleges - Carlisle College, Furness College, Kendal College and Lakes College - have launched a survey to gather employer input on retrofit skills training needs in the county.

This insight will enable the colleges to assess needs in the sector and plan training to support businesses.
