International pharma group selects Bilfinger for 5-year, multi-million framework agreement for EPCM services

Bilfinger has won a competitive tender to provide engineering, procurement and construction management (EPCM) services for a global biopharmaceutical company across multiple sites in the UK.

The 5-year framework agreement, valued in the lower three-digit million euro range, aims to support the upgrade and refurbishment of laboratories and associated R&D facilities dedicated to the development of vital medicines in immunology and genetics.

The selection of Bilfinger as the EPCM contractor was based on the company's proven expertise and track record in the pharmaceutical industry, as well as their ability to improve construction safety, enhance budget control, and deliver projects successfully.
