WiN UK annual award winners announced!
Women in Nuclear UK (WiN UK) is proud to announce the winners of its prestigious Annual Awards, unveiled during the 2025 WiN Global Annual Conference in London.
These awards honour individuals and organisations who have demonstrated outstanding commitment to gender balance, innovation, and excellence across the nuclear industry.
The six award categories focused on different areas where people made a real impact, including ‘Champion of the year’, ‘Mission Possible’ and ‘Technical Excellence’.

Champion of the year – Caroline Brown, AtkinsRéalis
Charter Signatory – United Kingdom National Nuclear Laboratory ED&I programme
Mission Possible – Madison Craig, Cavendish Nuclear
Regional Innovation – Bristol Amentum Women’s Network
Technical Excellence – Audrey Tetas, Tractebel UK
