Read ArticleThe Organisational Health for Performance (OHfP) Sector Group aims to support the BECBC Mission to ‘Bring energy to collaboration and build connections to create an environment for business opportunity’ This Sector Group will be valuable for Health & Safety, Human Resources and Organisational Development Professionals. Additionally, we wish to encourage involvement from line managers who don’t traditionally get the opportunity to share their lived experiences and take an active part in such sessions.
This Sector Group seeks to provide opportunities to provide an environment for discussion and peer networking around issues pertinent to good Organisational Health. Then, based on these discussions, provide opportunities for information exchange and upskilling. Through these interactions, this Sector group seeks to support participants to increase their capability to resolve issues and build on opportunities in ensuring their own optimum organisational performance- a growing area of interest and importance.
