- Create and manage timelines to meet project deadlines
- Identify, assess and manage project risks
- Use effective stakeholder communication and expectation management
- Apply financial management strategies for creating and managing budgets, tracking expenses, and analysing project profitability
- Conduct post-project reviews, identifying areas for improvement, and capturing lessons learned
- Implement strategies for effective project closeout
