Delivering any type of training event takes time: time to design the content, to identify aims and objectives, to familiarise yourself with the material, to consider delegate needs, to think about what delegate behaviours you could encounter and how to deal with them, to prepare the environment…..the list goes on. There are multiple elements to consider, the more prepared you are the more effective the training event will be.

This online workshop explores how to be a confident trainer by considering essential elements of delivering training and looking at Adult Learning Theories and how to apply these to make the training more effective.
