Mae prosiectau mawr wedi cynyddu mewn graddfa a nifer dros y ddau ddegawd diwethaf. O brosiect Gemau Olympaidd Llundain 2012 i'r prosiectau mawr mwy diweddar sy'n dod i'r amlwg o'r sectorau niwclear a dŵr.
Mae prosiectau o’r fath yn mynd yn fwy ac yn fwy cymhleth ac, yn eu tro, yn creu galw enfawr am gynnyrch a gwasnaethau trwy’r gadwyn gyflenwi. Yr her yw, yn aml iawn, nad yw prosiectau ddim ond yn caffael nifer fach gontractau mawr iawn, felly sut gall busnesau rhanbarthol llai gymryd rhan?
Yn y weminar hon byddwn yn ymdrin â phynciau fel:
Major projects have increased in scale and number over the past two decades. From the London 2012 Olympic project to the more recent major projects emerging from the nuclear and water sectors.
These large nationally significant endeavours are getting bigger and more complex and in turn they create huge demand for the supply chain. The challenge is that these projects procure very few, very large contracts, so how can smaller regional businesses get involved?
In this webinar we will cover topics such as:Case studies from recent large scale infrastructure projects
