With significant changes to employment law announced and challenging economic conditions still prevailing, organisations need to be “match fit” to survive and thrive. This session will focus on ways you can tackle issues in your organisation to ensure that you are in a strong position to deal with these challenges – covering how to carry out a redundancy process, how to deal with a performance management process and improve performance generally and the key provisions that you should have in your contracts and policies to give your organisation the flexibility, efficiency and control that you need. The session will be practical with full processes covered, various key employment contract clauses provided and numerous “tricks of the trade” explained.
