Mock Trials are one of the offerings of Marsh's Regulatory and Defensibility Practice. A team of all former practising solicitors, providing practical advice and assistance via a range of services and solutions, ensuring organisations are best prepared to defend civil and regulatory claims.

Ordinarily a business would purchase a mock trial session for themselves alone, usually delivered on their site, however this event is our first Cumbrian shared event, with individual places being able to be reserved. Cost is therefore very accessible at only £150pp plus vat for a full day session including lunch and refreshments, however places are limited, and it may only happen once this year, so don't delay!

Our trials, whilst pre-recorded, involve specialist practising barristers, with the case being heard by a Crown Court Recorder to ensure they are as realistic as possible, and importantly are unscripted, thus demonstrating very well how things can actually play out in a courtroom situation.
