Renters’ Rights Bill: What You Need to Know

Free online event to offer practical tips and advice on the impact of the Renters’ Rights Bill

New legislation due to come into force later this year will fundamentally change the way the private rented sector operates.

The Renters’ Rights Bill is set to usher in a raft of changes which will directly impact landlords renting out domestic properties, from agreeing the amount of rent paid to the process of evicting troublesome tenants.

Renters’ Rights Bill: What You Need to Know will outline steps landlords can take now to ensure they are prepared for the changes which are expected to become law this autumn.

The lunchtime webinar on Thursday, June 26th will feature expert advice from the legal firm’s Dispute Resolution team which works with landlords and letting agents across Cumbria and Northumberland to help resolve contentious issues related to renting out property.
