Employers have additional responsibilities when it comes to preventing sexual harassment at work and Employment Tribunals have the power to award extra compensation if they are not met. This session will cover the extra obligation on employers, the risks of non-compliance and give you the practical steps that you can take to reduce those risks.

Delivered by Michael Bauer - Michael is a 27 year qualified employment solicitor who has worked in international firms in London and Manchester and has for the last 18 years run Cumbria Employment Solicitors - a specialist law firm advising employers of all shapes and sizes (including many well-known local businesses) on all aspects of employment law. He was also a part-time Employment Judge for 5 years – giving him a particular insight into handling employment law matters successfully. His training is practical, down to earth, positive and about solving employment law problems.
