Health and Wellbeing in the Workforce White Paper

Health and Safety and People Directors, and other leaders from Cumbria-based companies, came together on 21 September to discuss issues of concern, and explore solutions and share best practice, around workforce health. This White Paper is the outcome of that meeting; the businesses recognise the need for action and are calling for Government policy, a possible levy and employee value proposition, that responds to a difficult national landscape, particularly in challenging locations.
