Mirion Technologies designs and manufactures non-destructive assay systems for all these applications, but is also involved through the complete project lifecycle, from requirements definitions, feasibility studies, functional specifications, through to calibration, commissioning and maintenance. We provide full lifetime support including calibration philosophy documents that are used to demonstrate regulatory and site procedural compliance, delivery of calibration campaigns, expert interpretation of results, as well as breakdown maintenance and specification/ management of quality assurance regimes for customers and deliver field measurement services with portable measurement equipment. Mirion Technologies (IST) Ltd designs and manufactures the IST-ReesTM range of radiation-tolerant cameras for inspection, surveillance and monitoring in nuclear power plants, nuclear fuel reprocessing plants and during various stages of the decommissioning process. With thousands of CCTV and Imaging systems in operation worldwide, Mirion IST has over 35 years’ experience in serving global markets and can provide an unrivalled level of service and expertise to our clients. Our radiation-tolerant cameras are manufactured in Farnborough, Hampshire. Our experienced team of electronic, mechanical and software engineers continuously strive to optimise our products to provide high performance and reliability. The entire manufacturing process, from the use of high-quality raw materials and components through to the final inspection stages, is rigorously monitored to ensure that we meet and exceed the strict requirements and expectations of our customers. Our quality assurance programme covers design, applications development, manufacture, repair, servicing and installation, and is certified to ISO 9001 by the accredited body Bureau Veritas. In addition to providing high quality products, Mirion offers worldwide technical assistance, comprehensive product training, on-site installation/commissioning, after sales support and product maintenance.
