Since Jan 2015, Ive supported over 60 SME business owners (many being BECBC members) to improve their businesses and the working environment for their employees, and fundamentally, the business owner’s work/life balance. I use and share my breadth of business knowledge and experience to implement change through Organisational Development. I’m an experienced hands-on strategic business coach/mentor and facilitator who gets his sleeves rolled up and helps and supports busy business owners, leaders of large organisations and their senior teams to achieve their goals.
