Our purpose is to help our clients create the most positive change for the communities in which they work. Helping you either create systems to enable supply chains to deliver this, or to win contracts directly is how we create most impact. Changes to public contracting in 2021 now require adaptation in business policy and processes. For sectors driven by public sector clients, clearly articulating and embedding Social Value within contract delivery is becoming fundamental to winning work. ​ We’re a team of professionals with diverse backgrounds, but united in our commitment to support organisations to operate in a way which benefits our societies. As a business we’re committed to the United Nation Sustainable Development Goals and support our clients to engage with these. In our own working practices, we’re taking actions to support Goal 5: Gender Equality through employment, collaboration and mentoring, Goal 8: Inclusive and Sustained Economic Growth and Decent Work through our work with supply chain and supporting Living Wage practices, and Goal 15: Halting Biodiversity Loss by gifting 1% of our turnover annually to local environmental projects.
