The Directors lead a committed and enthusiastic Practice Team of Architects, Building and Quantity Surveyors, CDM Co-ordinators, Engineers, Project Managers and other professionals to provide the necessary blend of expertise, backed up by an Administration Department headed by a Practice Secretary.

Day Cummins always encourage and finance all personnel to seek further professional and technical qualification, including the membership of relevant institutions e.g.  Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA), Architects Registration Board (ARB), Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (CIAT), Association for Project Safety (APS).
