College launches Apprenticeship Academy to streamline recruitment for employers

A NEW Apprenticeship Academy launched by Lakes College aims to make it easier than ever for employers to find the perfect apprentice for their role.

Lakes College has created the academy to support budding apprentices in finding the right opportunity for them, helping them to develop their applications and become apprenticeship-ready.

The programme will link employers with the perfect candidates for their openings and aims to provide a stress-free process to recruit apprentices to their business.
