Cubby Construction Celebrates Project Completion
Last weekend, we celebrated the official grand opening of Carlisle Market Hall’s new food court and refurbished facilities.
Partnering with Bearmont Group, Cumberland Council and Knightsbridge House Interior Design, our team helped transform this historic 5,000 sq ft space into a modern, flexible hub that celebrates its history while supporting local businesses and the city’s thriving food scene.
Our work included:
- Refurbished toilets and demolition of old stalls
- Installation of a high-quality timber floor system and bespoke metal balustrade
- Creation of a snug, bandstand area and tiered seating
The project was completed on time, with minimal disruption, supported by a fantastic sub-contract team.
To mark the occasion, we donated £5,000 to the Sense charity, Bearmont Group’s nominated charity to support people with complex needs.
